Nice little old school cafe,I Can't Wait To Go BACK!!!!!!!

The best home cooking comfort food in Reidsville.

Service was good and the waitresses were very friendly. The cheese omlet was ok...kinda tasted like it was full of Velveeta cheese. 😟 My husband really liked his pancakes though.

Their children tip's used to be Awesome, but they just are not as good as the used to be. I don't know if they have a new cook or what going on but the last two times had them the flavor that I love so much just hasent been there. I miss the old Sanatery and the old wait staff. It's really fell off in the past few years.😢

This is my favorite place for breakfast in Reidsville. The staff has always been friendly, the service is great, the food is excellent and they have great priced breakfast specials. I can highly recommend the 3 egg omelets or tenderloin breakfast.

Excellent chicken livers lots of "country" dishes ( including fried fat back). Service was good. I would have scored them higher but the sanitation rating was 90 - maybe not too sanitary

The Sanitary Cafe has everything from your classic hotdogs to delicious hand cut steaks! Their service and their owners Chris and Lynn Roberts are top notch! They also love to give back to the community! They serve breakfast all day, if you go there in the morning ask for Melissa she is one of the best servers in the building you will not be let down!

Great food at a great price. Thursday is now my favorite day. Meatloaf, Mac&Cheese,Fried Potatoes.. Delicious.

New staff is a little slow, but the ones with more experience are excellent! The food is always amazing! Burgers and chicken stuff is my personal favorite. Homey and cozy. I love the old memorabilia on the walls.

I got the House Special. It was delicious. HS is 2 eggs, bacon or sausage, 2 pancakes. I also got a side of the stewed apples and put those on top of my pancakes. Pancakes were subpurb! Reasonable prices, staff is friendly.

Bad service, took over 20 minutes to just get fries. Had no hamburger buns, nor mashed potatoes, coleslaw, green beans or hardly anything. Place has really went down hill.

They have specials regularly and home style cooking. Their prices are reasonable, just don't forget to budget in and tip your server because it is a full service restaurant.

My breakfast was delicious!! Veggie omelet, side of baked ham and potatoes. Coffee was fresh and tasty. Waitress was very attentive to our needs and friendly. I'm really glad that I decided to meet my friend Ed for breakfast.. I enjoyed the warm welcome along with everything else.

Our food was awesome. Our waitresses who was Rhonda she made sure we got everything just the way we ordered it and we had everything we needed.

The employees are friendly most of the time. Usually never that crowded when we go. Good food.
